PUT AN END TO AIRBAG THEFT

Repeated cases of vandalism and burglary in the parking lot and an alarm system that needed to be upgraded made Semler Retail in Risskov near Århus look for a new alarm system.

 

- We've had problems with theft of wheels from our luxury cars for a long time, and it was annoying and really expensive for us. Our products are in high demand, and therefore they are unfortunately also in high demand in criminal environments, because they are easily marketable, explains Brian B. Nielsen, service manager at Semler Retail, Risskov.

 

Brian B. Nielsen has worked at Semler Retail since 2002, so he knows the car industry very well, and it is not uncommon for car dealers to have wheels and airbags stolen.

 

- We researched the market for alarm solutions, and it seemed both cumbersome and expensive to get a new system built in. When we discovered SITE SECURITY we decided we would try it for a while. The price was reasonable and we could terminate the cooperation if it did not work. The system was set up without problems, I did not have to do anything - and then it just worked since, says Brian B. Nielsen.

 

It is now four months since the first SITE SECURITY solution was set up, and Semler Retail Risskov has not terminated the collaboration - on the contrary, they have had two more units set up in the business area.

 

- We choose to act preventively and monitor our business and surrounding areas using SITE SECURITY to protect our products and create security for the customers who have their car with us. Since we got SITE SECURITY, we have not had anything stolen - at all. It has saved us a lot of annoyance and a lot of money, says a satisfied Brian B. Nielsen.
