FAST RESPONSE TIMES
In case of visit from uninvited guest our detective software will instantly alarm our manned control centre. Whitin few seconds a guard will check the event at the site and decide what kind of action there will need to be done.
LIVE VIEW
The Customer Portal is mobile friendly. Then used on a smartphone each customer can easily do a manual arm and disarm.
We also provide each customer with an app for live view connected each camera.
FULL DOCUMENTATION
At Site-Security we have nothing to hide. Therefore, we offer all customer full documentation through the Customer Portal. The dashboard shows out response time, processing time and the number of alarms within the last month.

For all verify alarm we even send an report e-mail to the customer just after them guard have finish the mission. This report includes time of action, description of the act and a videoclip from the site.
